		<description>want to start processing my own game. i have ameart saw &#38; grinder  no walk -in cooler.    ouestions:  what is the safest way to cure deer and hogs and what is the receipe for curing salt for 10 lbs. of meat?  can you safely refreeze deer meat and pork.  if i debone one day, can i freeze the debone meat,thaw out a month later, process the meat and refreeze, is this safe?    where can i get texas gourmet sweet chipotle season all?            thank you ray (bull) lang  936-258-4747 rgraybull@yahoo.com</description>
